Upon clicking on "REGISTER" in the website, and filling in all the mandatory personal details, your email will be verified. Then after logging in and providing us with a performance entry of yours in the respective competition which can be in the form of a YouTube link or a drive link or a form, you can register in the competition that you wish to take part in. You will also receive a confirmation mail from our end regarding the same, through the same mail id that you've entered.
There is "NO" registration fee as such for any competition except for "PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE".
After successful registration, you should follow our social media handles for the updates and should wait for an email from our end, confirming your selection, for taking part in Alcheringa.
Alcher ID is generated upon registration inside the registration portal and is unique for every participant. It will be used to register for events, for confirming the participation, accommodation. Only those Participants with an Alcher ID will be allowed entry inside the campus during the festival.
YES, you are free to register in as many competitions as you are willing to.
On-spot registrations are allowed, but won't guarantee you a slot in the competition. Your participation will only be allowed if we are left with any slots, and so we suggest you register online on our website beforehand.
YES, the campus ambassador program of Alcheringa provides students with the chance to represent and promote the festival at their colleges and universities. Their responsibility includes increasing the reach of Alcheringa and promoting our events amongst students and wider public in their region, acting as a bridge between the two. NO, anyone with the respective skills and interest can participate considering that they are past the minimum age limit.
Yes, Accommodation facilities will be provided during the fest based on a first-come-first-serve basis. For further information about the accommodation availability and fees, refer to the rule booklet and be in contact with the team.
